I am looking for the Buyers-Broker/Agent/Realtor who will be my partner; I am thinking of

• someone I can trust, someone who is on my side of the fence,
• someone who will give me the facts, helping me to make intelligent, well-informed decisions, and
• work with me throughout the entire process, identifying the homes which might meet my needs/wishes/dream, ...

The idea for me here is to find the right partner for me, someone experiencenced with my type of property wanted.
What I mean is that a person who has all the million dollar homes may not be the best person to buy my dream-home for me.

I might e.g. not be able to afford the price that the people selling their home are asking for - but together with the help of my Buyers-Broker/Agent/Realtor I should be able to figure out a price quote that is acceptable to the people who are selling their home. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I would like to have someone playing only in my team.

For me as a native German, living and working in the U.S.A. since more than 10 years, and from the heart an "American", finding "my good Buyers-Broker/Agent/Realtor" is essentially crucial for me. It is my need that the property once transferred to me will be free of any future "forgotten" problems and legal tangles.

Before my accident I learned in life that the bottom line of everything is:

  "If someone wants something bad enough there is always a way!"

I want my new home, a new start in life, in a very different, but maybe not less worthy-to-live-life bad enough.

The question is:

"Are you able and willing to help me finding the great home for me?!"
